Shawn McGinniss is a wedding photojournalist residing in Brooklyn, New York. Shawn shoots weddings, engagement portraits, and special events all over NYC, upstate New York, NJ (including South Jersey), Philadelphia, Westchester, Nassau, Long Island, and surrounding areas.
Shawn captures weddings and events using a photojournalistic style with elements of contemporary portraiture. He captures the beautiful details and special moments as they unfold throughout the day before presenting the resulting images as an artful, visual story. On his personal time, Shawn enjoys shooting portraiture, landscapes, travel, and low-light photography.
